Upon receiving a data deletion request, Radical Ledger Technologies will verify the identity of the requester. This verification process may involve matching the information provided in the request with the information associated with the user’s account.
 
Data Deletion Process
 
Once verified, Radical Ledger Technologies will proceed to delete the requested data from our records and systems. This process may take up to 30 days from the date of verification.
 
Exclusions
Certain types of data may not be subject to deletion due to legal obligations, regulatory requirements, or the completion of the data’s purpose. Examples include data necessary for fraud prevention, legal proceedings, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
 
Confirmation of Deletion
After the data has been deleted, Radical Ledger Technologies will notify the user via email or within the Micro Rewards web application interface that their data has been successfully deleted.
